Have you been considering attending counselling? Maybe you have been feeling stressed or overworked, experiencing relational problems, or just cannot seem to find the time or motivation to get what you need to get done in a day? This can be frustrating and tiresome for a person; however, these problems are not as uncommon as one might think. Many people will try different approaches to tackle these problems on their own and see very little to no progress. This can be disheartening and lead one to feeling stuck in their current situation.

I am a Master of Arts Counselling Psychology student with a CRPO-Qualifying status. I am interested in both individual and couple counselling. My approach is based in Humanistic theory but is personalized to you. My aim is to collaborate with you to work through the different challenges you might be facing. By working together, you will not have to face them alone and will have my support throughout the counselling process.
